Hank Kuehne's Love Muffin Wins Wimbledon

Congratulations to Venus Williams on her Wimbledon title, the fourth time Venus has won the most prestigious tournament in tennis.

Something was different for Venus this year at Centre Court of the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club: for the first a boyfriend accompanied her to Wimbledon.

That boyfriend is golfer Hank Kuehne. The couple's "coming out" took place earlier this year at the Byron Nelson Championship, where Hank was making a return from injury. Venus followed Hank in the first round, and it was the first time they'd been photographed together.

Venus mentioned Hank in her comments at Wimbledon on Saturday, and talked about him earlier in the week:

"He's very supportive. I love having him here," she said. "He's a great guy, he understands competition."

Hank even seems to have won over the Williams sisters' very-hard-to-please father:

The handsome sports star, who has picked up £1.3 million in career earnings, also seems to be a hit with his girlfriend's father and coach, Richard Williams. "(Hank's) a super top guy," he says. "And he's a major league guy, too, so he knows about sports. It's great to have him on board."

Now, if Venus can just convince Kelli Kuehne to wear some of those Williams sister fashions ...

And if we can just get Hank to pay closer attention to tennis rules:

Venus Williams's boyfriend Hank Kuehne is not the tennis expert you might expect him to be. The pro golfer has already seen his missus play in a few tournaments, but yesterday he asked a journalist to "explain how these tiebreakers work".
