Ok, for Wendy and Eas - you'll get a laugh out of this. Ian Poulter was having breakfiast with one of the Cobra guys and he ordered a cup of hot tea and put lemon in it. Apparently that "offended" Poulter's British tea drinking sensabilities. :-D

You got Poulter's quote right, Court

but in your own opening statement you accidentally said “lemon”.

Read it on Twitter

Tea with a slice of lemon is OK. For me honey has such a strong taste that it would kill the tea. Anyway, I don’t take sugar, so honey also too sweet.

Ketchup with fried eggs – sure. With poached eggs – not so sure – prefer hollandaise sauce myself.

Ketchup on chips or hot dogs

but not eggs…or bacon butties for that matter !

Agreed - at least as far as low fat junk is concerned

’ though prefer Daddie’s to HP. I was taken to task by an American lady when I admitted to adoring baked beans on (buttered) toast – she said “How can you eat carbohydrate on carbohydrate?” Dead easy really.
