Montgomerie Earned Injunction Against Paula Tagg, Settled for 2 Million Pounds
Golf.com's Eamon Lynch reports this morning on the existence of the so-called 'super injunction' earned by Colin Montgomerie in British court against former girlfriend Paula Tagg.
As worded in the injunction, it prevented Tagg from revealing "the private details of a personal, intimate and sexual relationship."
The injunction has since been settled outside of court for a sum of nearly 2 million pounds, according to Waggle Room sources.
The injunction was granted by a Mr. Justice Eady on July 8. According to sources, the injunction was costing Montgomerie some 20,000 pounds per week.
