PrintUnfortunately, this week's LPGA Tour event in Toledo, OH, is not on TV...anywhere. It's one of four events that will not be broadcast this season. And the event won't be played next year, as it will take a one year hiatus while the US Senior Open is played at Inverness.
The tournament has turned out to be a good one, though. Na Yeon Choi leads Christina Kim by a stroke entering the final round, in which both tee off at 1:15pm ET.
The Fox station in Toledo put together a decent highlights package of yesterday's action. In fact, they devoted nearly four minutes to the LPGA Tour. I don't think the sports report here in Baltimore or DC even lasts four minutes.

can’t do that ! The O’s have a lot of young talent. If you dump on them now, you become a band wagon fan if you start cheering when they start winning. :-D

What a weekend to not have LPGA coverage. A four way playoff…but I’m sure there would be naysayers complaining that 3 of the four were Korean and one was a korean-american, golf talented, escapee from a nut house. :-) Had to be fun to watch. Especially with that swing of Na Yeon Choi.

Was TGC cutting off the Euro tour play off with my man Jimenez in the playoff. Shamefull for a place that calls itself, “Golfs Home” What did they have to off in such a ruch for ? I’ll tell ya, Tiger in 35th place.
