Boo Weekley Gets Lost at the Greenbrier? Boo Weekley Gets Lost at the Greenbrier.
Boo Weekley is one of the headliners of this weekend's Greenbrier Classic. He has some familiarity with West Virginia golf, as he finished second in a Nationwide Tour event in the state in '06. And, frankly, Weekley is just so darn entertaining that it's hard not to pay attention to him.
Well, Weekley is spending the week in the fancy Greenbrier Resort. He was hanging around last night in the hotel when he had to meet up with someone. And then it all fell apart, as Boo recalls.
"I might have to get my compass out to find my way back to the golf course and where I'm staying at up there," Weekley said.
"I come out of my motel room, and I done got lost three times. I had to call my agent, 'How in the hell do I get where I'm going?' He says, 'Just try to get downstairs.' I'm like, 'Well, where is the elevator at?' I couldn't find that. I done made a wrong turn."
I'm not saying I never got lost, but the visual is just hilarious.

lol – that must be a bigger place than it looks in the pictures. That’s too funny. I guess they won’t be putting Boo into one of the big Vegas casinos anytime soon.
The greatest athlete gets lost story ? Pascual Perez, Atlanta Braves pitcher, got his driver’s license and decided to drive to the stadium for his start. He got onto I-285 (the perimeter highway) and got “lost” driving in a circle. He couldn’t figure out what exit to take. :-)

Have you heard his interviews on the Jim Rome Show?
"Dodger fans aren’t happy when foul balls get into their section, because it interferes with their playing with the beachball"- Mike Krukow
Did he just call the Greenbrier a motel?

To Boo, theys all Motels...I
don’t know how many of you ever had the opportunity to experience Life at the Greenbrier, but I will tell you there is no other place that had that grand OL SOUTHERN charm and hospitality….And If you were fortunate enough to go at Christmas time….WOW….the children were taken care of as if they were family…and the adults? I only put the monkey suit on 3 times for dinner….Sorry Wendy….but I put it on every night for 2 weeks that trip….If not, I would have been out shone not only by my beautiful wife, but the entire hotel staff….Don’t know about the new owners, but if their as committed as they say to restoring the place….You do have to go and try it…..STUB
