PrintAccording to PGA Tour player Troy Merritt, Fred Couples is a late scratch for the Players Championship. And who should happen to take Couples' place? Troy Merritt.
Freddy Couples withdrew, so I guess I'll have to play some golf this week. You don't have to twist my arm to play in the Player's Champ!!!

Was gonna take Troy in fantasy golf this week,
