On the Day of My Wedding...
I'm sitting here in my hotel room, with my tux on - sans the jacket - and watching SportsCenter. Aside from the tuxedo, this would be like almost any other morning on the road. Today is incredibly special, though. I get married to the love of my life this afternoon.
The nerves haven't set in quite yet. I haven't shed any tears this entire weekend. But I know that will change shortly. I am excited, a little anxious, and I haven't paid this much attention to my personal hygiene in quite some time. I want this day to be perfect. Even though that is an impossibility - something is bound to break the wrong way - this day is going to be the most special of my life.
That said, I wanted to take a few seconds to write to all of you and say thanks. Thanks for your support of what I do here. Thanks for the playful encouragement of what Katie and I are going to celebrate today.
We'll be off the grid for a week or so, but it is for a good and beautiful reason. I know you guys can hold down the fort while I'm away. When we return, I'll be ready to get excited for the US Open at Pebble Beach. Fortunately, my honeymoon continues on the Monterrey Peninsula.
See you soon!
Ryan

The special day
Ryan,
Looks like you have priorities straight! We are so glad to share your special day. Things will be fine and the honeymoon in CA will be fantastic! Congrats on your special day.
Remember - the key phrase is "I do"...
…only starting tomorrow is it "yes dear’ :-)
All the best, Ryan and Mrs Ryan !!
A tux, eh ? Going with the traditional saddle oxfords with soft spikes, I take it ?
Hope things go well today – no unplayable lies around the groomsmen.
"this ball will fit in that fairway"
All the best Ryan and to your bride
It’ll be a rollercoaster…but that’s what makes life great…cheers
I thought it was surprisingly kind of you to name
Niblic your best man, Ryan.
Now see TX...this is the type work
we expect from you…well done…..Ryan, the best is yet to come….And Court is right, just practice your “yes dears” and you will do well….All the best to ya both….Easy and I will hoist a few in your memory….STUB
Congratulations and best wishes!
Fight for your opinions, but do not believe that they contain the whole truth, or the only truth.

How’s the new “tools” workin’ out ? Been busy myself trying my annual shot at Open qualifyin’. I should know better, lol. Missed again, so what else is knew. Trust the clubs are workin’ for ya. Later……………
you're still away,...choke on it !
To Katie & Ryan
Lifts glass to them both. G & T – only the one (as yet).
Who’s in charge of the barbie, Easing? Not you, I hope!
Easy and I thought you were doing
the honors after getting the shrimps you went to get earlier….and jist ta let ya know I noticed, I didn’t get my pillow yet….STUB
The proof is in the bread pudding,
whatever that is.
Ye Gods!
I know Easing wouldn’t put the bread pudding (yummie) on the barbie – no matter how much bubbly he had.
Woner what Katie & Ryan had for their wedding breakfast.
Hope he’ll post a pic of the happy couple.
I was kidding, Wendy. (First time ever.)
Let’s call it wry bread pudding.
Congrats!
Congratulations and best wishes, Ryan! Try not to badger the wife too much about golfing on your honeymoon! ;)
"I do" works the first day.
“Yes dear” works the first year.
After that….“I’m sorry.”
Congrats.
Hey Ryan......congrats and best wishes.
My wife and I just celebrated our 36th anniversary…….I can only wish for you the happiness we have had over the years. Cool thing is that I would marry her again in a heartbeat (but don’t ask her if she’d do it again….lol)
The Saints ARE the SUPER BOWL CHAMPS....WHO DAT!
Kudos
Congratulations to you and your new wife! I’m sure you two will have an excellent marriage, especially if she loves hearing about Golf!
Belated Congratulaions to you and your new wife...
… marriage can be difficult at times, but it’s not nearly as hard as golf, and most of the time it’s just as awesome. ;o)
