Christina Kim Swings from Her Heels, Literally

Last night was the media/friends release party for Christina Kim & Alan Shipnuck's book Swinging from My Heels, which details Kim's career and talks about the inner-workings of the LPGA Tour.  Unfortunately, I missed the party (why did it have to be planned the week I was getting married, huh?), but Ashley Mayo from Golf Digest caught this video of Christina taking the book's title to heart.

She whupped some drives at Chelsea Piers in NYC...from her heels.

The best thing I've ever been able to do compared to that is hit drives on one leg.  And there's no way that I'm wearing heels to compete with Christina.  She pulls them off much better than I ever could.

I don’t know, RB, you have the legs for heels like that…maybe a little extra Nair before…. :-)

Swinging from My Heels was a fun read.

Placebos, of course, are things you have to swallow even though they contain nothing that actually helps you. It's like American health insurance in a pill. -BiPM
