Haney Responds to Report That He Is "Parting Ways" With Tiger
On Saturday morning, Sports by Brooks reported that Tiger Woods would be "parting ways" with Hank Haney, citing an unnamed source. The source told SbB that Haney was unaware of his pending demise, but that Woods would make the news public soon.
Waggle Room reached Hank Haney for comment on the story.
"Just part of the job, isn't it?," Haney said via an e-mail message denying the report.
Haney elaborated that he went to just four tournaments with Woods last year and that those were only for the practice rounds at the major championships. Haney was not in Charlotte for the Quail Hollow Championship this weekend, but was at the Masters.
Woods and Haney have been working together for nearly six years.

Oh, Hank had nothing to do with
that….it’s just the normal fans catching up with El Tigre when he isn’t in a protected atmosphere….I bet his hearing is super sensitive right now, and every comment is heard loud and clear….The vaunted concentration is directed in another direction….I think his skin is thinner than we thought….As Easy said, it’s rather hard to concentrate on a golf ball when the mind is elsewhere….And Tigar knows his swing as well as Hank does, so if any correction is needed during the round, he is able to, or at least always was able to do the correction…I put most of this on distractions of one sort or another….Oh wait, just a thought here, but maybe all the suits and agents that are advising him just told him how much Elin will get when she throws him out….jist saying, and ya gotta love it….STUB
6 Cuts in 15 Years.
79 worst round of his (PGA Tour) career (yes is remember the 81 at the British), but a 79 the worst round of his 15 year career. A 79 I mean what? Half of a Billion is what…….Half a Billion. Hank isn’t going anywhere, unless he’s asked to leave. Who was Hank pre-Tiger? Now he’s the guru. Let’s just say he’s on call. You Guys……ha.

If Hank were to try to teach me, the show would be called
The Haney Projectile, vomitingwise.
I tuned in to watch Tiger this week-end.....anyone know where he was???
The Saints ARE the SUPER BOWL CHAMPS....WHO DAT!
Rumors of the two splitting have been around for awhile
And I think it would be smart for Tiger to get someone new
His driving has been terrible for awhile now….and he has made up for it due to his insane ability to get out of trouble and put the ball next to the cup from the deep rough like it is nothing
Well, when he can’t do that…his game will suffer badly
Tiger is the only one swinging the clubs.
Back in Hogans day or even Jacks day, they didn’t have swing coaches. Problems with everything in ones life are usually self inflicted as I find this to be the case as well.
