No Cameras or Cell Phones Allowed for Tiger's Press Conference

Augusta National officials just announced to the media that both cameras and cell phones will be banned from Tiger Woods' 2:00pm ET press conference.  Several reporters that are messaging from the event shared this news.

This is not a complete surprise, especially provided that Tiger Woods corralled the media for his February 19 statement at Sawgrass by pooling reporters and photographers.

The Masters is also strict about not allowing cell phones on the course, or tweeting from the course.

Cell phones are never allowed in the press conference room at Augusta – and cameras are behind a glassed in area to keep it quiet.
