Something funny
I wanted to share this. OK, so I was at a junior golf clinic this afternoon with my 6 year old and the instructor used Tiger Woods to make a point. "Don't worry about making mistakes, even Tiger Woods doesn't do everything right on the golf course" he says. Just then in perfect comedic timing, a little boy probably no more then 7 years old said " he doesn't do everything right in life either". The adults all busted out in laughter. Yea you probably had to be there, but trust me it was really quite funny.

Tigerhead......
Man, I guess I would ask what were all the “adults” laughing at? Call me old fashion, but a 7 year old commenting on Tigers “mistakes in life” in front of a bunch of 6 and 7 year old kids does not strike me as funny. Just another confirmation of the magnitude of his cheating and lying. At least Tiger did mention and apologize for hurting the kids he was supposed to be a role model to……I assume at that point he did not find it funny either.

Like I said
em66, you had to be there. But I have to say I find it interesting after all of the jokes that have been flying around about this, (many of which you participated in), that suddenly you’re taking the high road on it. It was funny, I laughed, doesn’t mean anything more than that.

Kids often echo
what their parents are saying. This child had probably been hearing this talk around his house, and merely re-spoke the chatter. Probably was… pretty funny though.

Tigerhead......I'm sorry you missed
my point. Tiger has been and continues to be the focus of jokes and ridicule…..and in a group of adults, I laugh and yes, even participate in the jokes. And maybe if I had been there I would have laughed, but I doubt it. Even Tiger understood the gravity of his complete failure as a role model, and gave a heartfelt apology to kids and parents of kids for letting them down. I have no doubt that your hero would agree with me on this, as I believe being a role model is extremely important to him and now he has to try to rebuild that credibility and trust that his actions have destroyed.

Point taken and understood. It was clean, harmless, and said in such a way with the just the right timing that made it funny. I’m 100% certain that if you were standing there you would have laughed.

Agreed, Tigerhead
Kids are more informed in the media age than I was in the ’60’s…anyone would have laughed when a young lad came out with a comment like that. The fact he did says more about the media today than any individuals wrong doings.
We havta give TH
some slack here gang….He was commenting about the spontaneity of the remark, and that from a kid yet, and ya, I can see the adults laughing ….And EM…I hope you don’t believe that SINCERETY GARBAGE of his PR release of 13 minutes…He is about as contrite as the squirrel outside my window…STUB
