Jose Maria Olazabal Pulls Out of the Masters

1994 and '99 Masters Champion Jose Maria Olazabal has withdrawn from the Masters due to shoulder issues. It'll be the first time since '96 that Ollie has missed the tournament.

I'll Miss Him

Ollie is past his prime, but he is a wonderful person by all accounts and a ferocious competitor. I truly enjoy watching him go about his business in a tournament.

He won the last (and only) time I was there in ‘99 (for Wednesday practice round), sorry he won’t be there this year when I make my much anticipated return… LOL Great swing, Ollie still has the same simple move that one won him two green jackets.
