Sal Johnson on Laura Davies and the LPGA Hall of Fame
He makes the case for her induction. It is very much worth reading and I may touch on it tomorrow in a separate post.

some overdone articles...
…aren’t overdone enough. Laura Davies’ place in the HoF is one that needs to be put in front of the HoF people continually until she’s in.

Sorry to both Bill and CG,
but I couldn’t disagree more…If she does it by the points system the LPGA has for the ladies, that would be tremendous…If not, wait until retired, or get a special exemption, etc. The LPGA is the only organization I know of that hasn’t bent just to let someone in…Ya hafta earn it baby, and than, It’s like winning an Olympic gold…Ya beat the rest…to relax all that now would be a travesty to those already in, and for those yet to come..IMHO…STUB
something else to consider...
…The Hall of Fame isn’t just the LPGA HoF – it’s the WORLD Golf Hall of Fame. Davies has played more around the world than most and has some 74 or 75 wins on five tours around the world.
The LPGA has their rules – but her international experience combined with 20 LPGA wins should get her in.

Placebos, of course, are things you have to swallow even though they contain nothing that actually helps you. It's like American health insurance in a pill. -BiPM
