Game Thread, WGC Accenture Match Play - Round Two
There is some pretty interesting golf going on today in the second round.
Luke Donald walloped Robert Allenby, 6&5....Mike Weir has gone on a walkabout in the desert, missing fairways left and right. His tee shot at 13 landed in a cactus, forcing an unplayable lie. Now Paul Casey is hitting from next to a VERY large cactus.
Aside from the one completed match, and Paul Casey being 4 up on Weir - every other match is either even or 1-up.
RYAN: Sorry for the late start, was on the run! (Not from the law.) Carry on!

665 yard par 5, into a slight breeze – Ogilviy HITS the green with his second shot and it runs all the way to the back of the green – that’s just not right.
Villegas’ shot wasn’t nearly as long, but he’s just short of the green and in a better position than Ogilvy

Great song/words, Charles,
but should they make another album, an apt title would be Who’s Kidding Whom.
I love that you got the grammar correct.
That’s something that eludes most business.

Ogilvy...
“turned down an opportunity for an interview” – gotta love the humility of the media.
I doubt Nobilo intended to sound like a media jerk – but that one was pretty bad

Thanks - I needed that...
…Goosen finally gets back to all square with Els after being one down – the announcer says “I feel the momentun has switched (to Goosen) suddenly”.

Tilghman is talking a little less this year. Always a good thing.
