I see Dustin Johnson breaking in the top 10
Woods dropping to 4 and Kaymer no 1 after the Masters. Mickleson ? If he plays the desert swing, he might climb above Woods.
wait – Eas – Johnson is an American…isn’t that against the world tour rules ? (lol)

…by the way…I’m with Eas – DJ will work his way into the top 10. I think Poulter will have another solid year and get in, too. Possibly one of the Molinari’s.
I’m very interested to see how Graeme McDowell holds up in 2011. If he falls out of the top 10, and if he does, how far will he drop ?

Johnson is American ?
Damn, I overlooked that ! :) I think G mac will do well to stay where he is. Westwood is so consistant, I don’t see him out the top 3 for 2 years. With Kaymer there too, I see the 3rd between Johnson and Woods.
wow – that ’s a huge jump for Johnson in a year – from 14 into the top 3.

how did “what will happen in 2 years” get in there ? The question was “at the end of 2011…” You said you don’t think Westwood will fall out of the top 3 in the next 2 years – but what does that have to do with Johnson getting into the top 3 this year ?

I'm sure you need glasses.
11:33 post…“Westwood is so consistant, I don’t see him out of the top 3 for TWO years. With Kaymer there too, I see 3rd between Johnson and Woods”.
I just acknowledged that – read what I wrote. My question was about Johnson – not Westwood – and the original post was about 2011.

I'll go with some of the old guard for this year...
Els & the Goose. I’d like to see Rose do good too. Matt Kuchard in the top ten alongside Dustin Jonhson. And a great come back from Vijay with a major and a couple of wins but that’s just a fan’s dream..

that’s a lot of movement into the top 10 – who’s going to be out ?

the last 6...but it could be anyone really, there are all pretty close in points.
I have my doubts on Gmac and Mcllroy.
I didn’t say Vijay will be back in the top ten though (unless another 9 wins season..), but Els and the Goose played well. Kuchard seems solid, and I have the feeling DJ will do great things in the futur…I see him a contender for the number one spot very soon.

My crystal ball is all blurry when it comes to those 2…:-)

I'm inclined to agree with you on the last 6
Think Westwood & Kaymer will continue to build on their excellent 2010, but have an uneasy feeling that the others may not do so well. No idea re Woods/Mickelson either – will be exciting to see to say the least.
yep the Goose had a great year in 2010
14 top 10’s great year.

So I called his cell phone and he was Ice Fishing.. lol
Lumpy said.. full, exempt status in 2011 thanks to ranking 44th on in all-time earnings, and should play a full schedule on the PGA tour.

Tim Herron is 44th all time on the money list ? Really ? I had no idea.
Hope he catches some of that ice. :-)
