Experience Oakley Sunglasses Through Ian Poulter's Eyes
If you're a style hawk, you know Ian Poulter wears Oakley sunglasses. For what it's worth, I do, too, with Transitions lenses in them. Oakley decided to create a campaign around Poulter to show how he experiences the glasses on the course. They shot a video using an embedded point-of-view camera to showcase what it's like to wear the glasses.
It's about 90 seconds, but a cool idea.
I kind of feel a little ripped off by the idea, to be honest. And that's only because I was tweeting about how these kinds of cameras could be great for instruction about course management and experience. Clever to see how they used it as a marketing centerpiece.

Ok – I’m not following you on this course management idea, but it sounds interesting. These cameras don’t give a whole lot of down range sharpness. Broadcast quality cameras can show what a player is looking at better than one of these.
Poulter had to have fun snapping those shafts. :-)
