Tim Finchem Has FedExCup Fever
This is Commissioner Finchem's parking spot today at East Lake around 3:30 pm ET.

It's a bit of a stretch to make any kind of snide comment about Finchem's lack of attendance today. (Hell, maybe he had just left. I don't know.) I mean, the guy may or may not be negotiating for new sponsors or tournaments. He runs a huge enterprise, and this is the Tour's week to shine and get some deals done. And he really is big advocate of the FedExCup.
We'll find out more about the 2010 schedule in the weeks to come.

My guess:
Mr. Finchem deemed the concession prices at the tournament a little steep, and so he ran out to the Publix on Glenwood for some chicken fingers.
Call it a hunch.

Finchem doesn’t drive himself, so just because the car wasn’t there doesn’t mean he wasn’t there…could’ve sent the driver off to Publix…they make REALLY good chicken tenders and wrap sammiches. :-)
