The Return of the Golf Schmorgasblog: Links to Other Great Golf Blogs

A few months ago, we used to run a feature here called Postcard from the Blogosphere where I provided links to great and interesting work on the topic of golf that I just never got to cover in their own posts.  Well, I kind of flamed out on that for a little while.  And, lately, it has been kind of taboo to do a lot of linking to other golf blogs.  After all, we're trying to put our names on the map.

But, I got to thinking that it's time to bring it back.  So, without adieu, welcome to the retooled (and renamed) Golf Schmorgasblog!

To kick it off, Jay Busbee has the tale of a former Pirates pitcher who sucked as a pro baseball player but just dropped two aces in a round.  Prick.

I totally missed this on Nice Ballz, but I find it poignant, true, and sometimes actually applies to me (sadly).  It's the five tips on how to be a great blogger complete jackass golf blogger.  It could not be more true if it tried to be.

Heather Jones at Real Women Golf tells us that you should really go to The 19th Hole after the round.  It's for your health.  And, also, let me inset a plug for The 19th Hole Golf Show.

Shane Bacon and I sadly share the same trait: we've never played any of the courses on the new Golf Top 100 Courses list.  Why not make a list of courses that we all play?

Ole One Eyed Golfer has an update on the real Official World Golf Rankings.  Here's a hint: Tiger is kicking everybody's ass.

And our buddy Hound Dog has a preview of the P&G Beauty Northwest Arkansas Championship (apparently not Presented by John Q. Hammons Hotels this year).

I like...

…the sharing the love nature. Good on you Ryan. I’d do something like this if I weren’t a completely self-absorbed tool.
