Forget the Apple, Teachers Get Into Wyndham Championship For Free

The Wyndham Championship is scrunched in between the PGA Championship and the first FedEx Cup Playoff event, The Barclays. Despite that, it draws a pretty decent field - better than the Buick Open sans Tiger - and is actually seeing an upswing in the number of corporate tent sales for this year's event.
That said, the timing of the event is also just a few weeks before your lil monsters terrorize our school system for another nine months. Teachers are beginning to realize that summer vacation is coming to an end. That means that teachers go out looking to take in all the fun that they can before having to report back to school.
The Wynham Championship is here to help. They're offering free admission to teachers for this year's event for the third and final rounds.
I mean, if a lowly blogger like myself can get into a PGA Tour event to cover it for free, then the people who put up with my antics for all of those years should get a free ticket.

The Wyndham draws because it is the last chance to earn points and move up the standings for the playoffs. There are only a handful of players who don’t really need the boost.
"this ball will fit in that fairway"
Yeah, absolutely. For the rank and file, it’s silly to not try to get a slice of the FEC.
