The public has spoken. Tiger Woods sitting on the verge of his 15th major championship and record-tying 5th PGA Championship are just not that interesting to the public. What they're interested in today? Rory McIlroy's girlfriend.

Google Trends has her as the number one search trend today. Tiger Woods isn't even in the top hundred.

TNT flashed her and Rory walking into the clubhouse at Hazeltine this morning. That must have set off a firestorm of Google searches by men still in their underpants to see Rory's lady. Her name is Holly Sweeney. She's almost 18 now. (Rory's 20.) They met at Holywood Country Club, in McIlroy's hometown, when they were 15.

So there. That's the most important topic today.

I saw them walking in today – thought he had a girlfriend, but all the talk in the past was that she wasn’t travelling with him – which led to “who the heck is that ?” and then “I didn’t know Brooklyn Decker had a sister !” :-D

wait…they met when they were 15…and now Rory is 19 and she is 16 ? Don’t let the word get out – cosmetic companies will be hunting down her DNA to find out how she ages 1 year for every 3 that Rory ages !! (lol)
