John Daly Is Now A Triple Threat: Golfer, Fashion Icon, & Musician
Yesterday, we were lauding John Daly's fashion sense at Hazeltine while chiding him for his 600 calorie per day diet consisting of Marlboros and Diet Coke. After he fired 78 yesterday in the opening round, he withdrew from the Championship and citing back problems. (Watch me cover that topic on Waggle Room LIVE today.)
Following the WD, JD released a new song to his Twitter followers called "Lost Soul." It's the title track to a forthcoming CD. Here's how John describes it:
This is a true song of some bad things that I can express thru music again this is just a rough, rough copy and my true emotions.
Seeing as though I have no discernible musical talent, I am kind of envious of Daly. My only talents are marginal writing skills & a library of useless, trivial knowledge (resulting in a Jeopardy! appearance in 2001).
That said, I give you "Lost Soul."
H/T to Devil Ball Golf & Daly's Twitter page for the song.

Not a bad song.
Been a Reds fan since 1996 and am desperate for a playoff run.

Can you imagine Kid Rock and
JD’s other musician friends trying to keep a straight face when they say, “No, really John, you are a great singer and guitar player”.
...from the land of pleasant living, Baltimore.

Isn’t this the song he recorded during the tournament in Memphis at one of his friend’s home studio ?
