Tiger Woods Has 99.9% Statistical Chance to Win PGA Championship

The odds say that Tiger Woods is going to win the PGA Championship. Tiger has a share of the first round lead in a major championship for the seventh time in his professional career. In the prior six instances, Woods emerged as champion four times - the last four times.
The two majors that he failed to win with a share of the 18 hole lead were both in 1998, at the British Open at Birkdale and PGA Championship at Sahalee. Other than the year, the common thread between both of those championship is that they played to a par of 70.
Tiger Woods has won 10 of his fourteen major titles on tracks with a par of 72. As Jay Flemma points out at Golf Observer, Woods historically has a quarter-stroke advantage over the field on par 5s. With four par 5s at Hazeltine, that can translate to a stroke per round. Woods' lead is a stroke.
The statistic most often cited is Woods' record with a 54 hole lead in major championships. This one, though, may well be equally as telling.

Why is it nobody has the morning rounds?
Can someone explain to me what the negatives are to the Golf Channel or someone buying the rights to a 9-1 type section of the morning rounds?
Probably just a product of the contract that was negotiated like five years ago. I would bet that the next contract will have more morning coverage either online or on TV.

What's the breakdown on the 0.1%?
I would give Padraig at least 0.00072% chance of winning. Plus or minus 0.00003%.
