Motivational Posters for Some Troubled Golf Figures
Look, golfers and golf figures go through a lot of ups and downs in their careers. It's not always roses and kittens. Everyone needs a little motivation sometimes to pick themselves up off of the ground and keep going. Thanks to despair.com - one of my all time favorite websites - I've found some motivational posters that really such lift the spirits of golf's troubled figures.
First, Carolyn Bivens has been in the news a lot lately for the growing calls for her ouster. Reports are that she has no intention to resign on her own. To encourage Commissioner Bivens to remain steadfast, here's a poster.
Everyone got their hopes raised this past weekend that Anthony Kim may finally be the man to challenge Tiger Woods on a consistent basis. As it turned out, it was a man that was six shots out of the lead entering Sunday who came closest. For the entire PGA Tour, here's a "Hang on Kitty" for you.
Since it's time for the Open Championship, Sergio Garcia may need a poster to help him battle the demons he has faced in trying to capture his first major championship on the Rota.
For all of the chatter about grooves, Tim Finchem shot that down pretty quickly. He has the back of the USGA that wants to return the value of driving accuracy and shotmaking to the game. I presume that they take this stance on technology.

Finally, this one is for me. It takes a lot of work to run Waggle Room and report on golf news. So, sometimes I need a little pick me up to keep on truckin'. Despair.com has me covered.

HA !!!
GREAT STUFF !! :-) Especially the Adversity poster on top. Ain’t it the truth ?
Give a little credit to some of us out here who weren’t pegging AK as the man who will NOW step up and challenge Tiger for the alpha male spot on Tour. Some of us were just hoping he could stand up to the pressure and make a good match of it. If he won, it was just one win head to head – a long way from being the top dog – but it would be hope !
