Some Things Are More Important than The Masters
As you may know, I spent quite a bit of time Twittering and blogging over the first couple of days of the Masters. And, then, over the course of the weekend, I was here spottily. There was a good reason for that.
I got engaged to my girlfriend over the weekend! It's quite a story, but needless to say that I really surprised her and we had a great celebration with friends and family.
I caught some of Moving Day and almost all of the coverage on Sunday. My future in-laws joined my family for Easter dinner and we caught the action. I'll have a separate post to kick off that conversation, but I wanted to fill you in on the great news!

Congrats!
I went through popping the question in December. It was quite an amazing moment and a weekend that overshadowed anything going on in sports. Hope everything goes well and just accept that 90% of your fiancees mind will be occupied with the wedding.
She said YES!
Fantastic news Ryan and she golfs. You are way ahead of my Hubbie. He had to wait a decade until I was a real golfer. Little did he know about the golfing monster that lurked inside me.
Enjoy, and yes, she is more important than the Masters.

but only just
I mean… it couldn’t wait for Harbour Town or have it pushed up to the week of the Houston Open?
just kidding.
Congratulations, Ryan!
Best wishes to you both.

Congratulations, RB.
She must be really special if you forewent blogging during the Masters!

Haha, she is awfully special. It was a blast of a weekend.

engagement
Well, welcome to the family. Looks like you now have the opportunity to travel to Orlando with the rest of the family.
And don’t think I am not going to be practicing hard for that!
