Titleist-Acushnet Suit Not Over Yet
This thing never ends. Early this month, Callaway sued Titleist under the guise that the new Pro V1 and Pro V1x STILL violate Top Flite patents that they own. Meanwhile, Titleist sued Callaway in saying that their golf balls violate 9 patents of THEIRS. We might need Dave Dawsey on the 19th Hole.
