PGA Tour Players Mocking Tiger's 2008 Bay Hill Celebration
I don't know if you watched all of NBC Sports' coverage of the Arnold Palmer Invitational. It was, what, six hours long? Well, I did. And, I even watched the golfers that weren't at the top of the leaderboard.
Two guys in particular, made the final hole very fun.
Johnson Wagner and Jerry Kelly both made some pretty nice putts on Bay Hill's challenging final hole. Both putts were kind of reminiscent of Tiger Woods' 24'2" putt that he made to win the 2008 Arnold Palmer Invitational. You know, this one:
But, also, Wagner and Kelly took the opportunity to finish with a Tiger-esque hat slam and fist pump. It was awesome to see the humor out there, though I cannot seem to find pictures.
In lieu of pictures of guys who didn't win the tournament for the sixth time with a dramatic 16 footer to beat Sean O'Hair, here's video of Tiger's putt again and the subsequent celebration that wasn't quite as dramatic as last year's.

What that man does in this sport
Still amazes me. Being away from the game for that long and to win one of the biggest non-major tournaments of the year is incredible.
The thing is however, Tiger didn’t have his best round, at least to himself. Buried in the bunkers and coming up short on shots that he thought were dead on to the pin. But, I think he may have gotten to O’Hair. It is very nerve racking to have a lead on Tiger in the final round I would think, and O’Hair was thinking about it way too much and basically handed the trophy over to Tiger.
The guy is not human. He does things that are not supposed to be done in golf, and does them well. I still say that his worst round are some of these guys’ best round.
What a tournament to watch. People who say golf is boring to watch, I hope they had a chance to see that “boring” match-up yesterday.
You have to hate losing more than you love winning.
Wish I would've seen that !
I missed the other guys doing the hat slam. Pretty funny !
"this ball will fit in that fairway"
I’m trying to find pics or video, but I can’t seem to get it.
