Golf News Net & Waggle Room Announces Golf Social Media Services

Golf News Net and Waggle Room, one of the more popular golf blogs on the Internet, is announcing that it will be offering services that can help golf tournaments and organizations best harness social media for their organization.

Waggle Room will offer a host of social media services that span the entire social media spectrum.  These services include:

  • consulting on a social media strategy to promote golf tournaments, events, products, professional players, and organizations;
  • live blogging from tournaments and events, including using the budding Twitter service;
  • implementing social media - Facebook, Twitter, YouTube - on existing Web presence;
  • providing services to organizations that are looking to tap into the golf blogging community to enhance their marketing and communications;

Waggle Room editor Ryan Ballengee sees the growth of social media in the golf world.

"In the first part of 2009, Waggle Room has been consulted about how best to use these new social media outlets to promote the world of golf.  Organizations now can leverage Waggle Room and these services to provide lasting value and grow their social media presence.

"I'm very excited about this opportunity."

Waggle Room is a proven leader in the social media community.  In addition to being one of the leading golf blogs, Waggle Room has significant presence on the microblogging service known as Twitter.

Also, Waggle Room can provide expert advice on how best to use a complete portfolio of social media solutions that make sense for any one client.

Organizations interested in these services can contact Ryan Ballengee at ryan@thegolfnewsnet.com or by phone at 443-889-5000.
