She finished tied for 13th and made $24,349 that week but the earnings are unofficial. The LPGA isn't counting the money, I checked the website.
I discovered this via a wikipedia search. (Interestingly enough, some eager beaver there gave Shin a win for this week already when there are still 18 holes to be played).
UPDATE from Ryan: Bill found out from the folks at the LPGA Tour that Shin's earnings do not count because she was given a sponsor exemption into an event with no cut.
