We told you earlier in the day about a press release that suggested the next Go Daddy Girl would be an LPGA Tour player.  After conferring with some sources, I've found out that it's Anna Rawson.

The press release sent to me suggested that the player was someone who wasn't afraid to speak her mind.  After the flack that Anna took for her comments about "dyke" female golfers, I think she would qualify.

Also, Jon Show reports the news on Sports Business Daily's Closing Bell.  (Subscription required to access.)  He knew much sooner than I did.  From Jon:

GoDaddy will introduce Australian LPGAer Anna Rawson as its newest spokesperson during press conference next week at the LPGA event in Phoenix. Terms of the deal could not be determined. GoDaddy’s use of Rawson is expected to mirror that of IndyCar driver Danica Patrick, who has been a staple of the company’s Super Bowl ads and is featured prominently on its Web site. Rawson is represented by L.A.-based talent and action sports agent Anthony Rodriguez.

Go Daddy is based out of Arizona (I should know, I've talked to their tech support), so to make the announcement there makes a lot of sense.
