Charles Barkley Gets Lessons from Hank Haney
I absolutely cannot wait until March 2nd rolls around to watch this "Hank Haney Project" and his lessons with Charles Barkley. At least one of the shows will be from the newly re-named Celebrity Golf Club International. (the "God bless my mother" comment in the commercial is the second hole) One of the others looks like the Stone Mountain Park range.
If Haney can help that swing - he could very well be the greatest golf coach of all time.

Phil Mickelson can help Sir Charles by
lending him a set of left-handed clubs. He would have to improve, because one can never stay the same and CB couldn’t possibly get ANY worse…

Count me in
I don’t normally like this stuff, but I will watch a bad NBA game on TNT just to hear Chuckwagon. I owe him one.

What a swing
When you watch Barkley take practice swings, they’re not nearly as bad as his actual swings. In fact, his practice swings look serviceable. But when he goes to hit a ball, there’s some kind of strange hesitation triple-hitch that he pulls out of nowhere. Hopefully Haney searches between Barkley’s ears for the problem first, because I’m pretty sure that’s where it lies.

The Round Mound of Rebound
has some serious brain farts during his swing. it’s all inside that bald dome of his. short of a lobotomy, I don’t know what would help.

swing change
The current issue of Golf Digest has an article that discusses how/why Barkley’s current swing evolved from reasonable into what you’re seeing in the promos on GC, what previous instructors have tried to do about it and how Haney is focusing where others have not. It’s worth reading.
Truth has a well-known liberal bias.
