Couple of ideas
I don’t know if Brentwood CC is long enough. Good location (about a 3wood from the Riv), but it is pretty tight, maybe not enough room for tents etc…. I don’t know if LA CC would take a regular pro tournament, but that would work.
Empire Lakes (Rancho Cucamonga) is about 60miles east of LA but has hosted several Nationwide events. Pleanty of space and parking can be taken care of at the new hockey arena (Citizens Business Bank Arena) across the street.
Ocean Trails (RPV) (aka Trump’s Course) could work. Of course he is suing the city that the course sits in for $10mil so he might have some trouble getting local leaders onboard.

I like LA CC
That would be interesting – but that is such an exclusive place, I’m not sure they would welcome all the media and equipment and people inruding on their course.
Just pick a course with wide fairways and nice ocean views – most likely a resort – doesn’t Trump have a place out there ?
Remember – length is not an issue. There are very few courses that don’t have LPGA length.
"this ball will fit in that fairway"
