Like Twitter? And Sports? Try Twackle.

If you are a Twitter user like I am, then you probably search Twitter from time to time for specific topics.  Twitter's search function is helpful for looking at specific terms, but not very good at finding comprehensive Tweets on a subject area. 

A new website using the Twitter API, called Twackle, tries to tackle finding Tweets on all sports.  (I'll pause while you roll your eyes at the pun.)

The site allows you to login to your Twitter account on Twackle and follow Tweets by sport.  Twackle looks for specific sets of keywords for each sport, including the PGA and LPGA Tours.  You can then Twitter on a subject from Twackle's site, or add the hashtag #Twackle and your Tweets will find your way on the site.
