Jay Flemma with his thoughts on Tiger's club flinging episode in Australia this weekend. Jay Busbee's sentiments express mine perfectly as well.

Busbee’s statements express yours perfectly ? Are you sure about that ?

Jay says that swearing is “human” and doesn’t bother him, but throwing something apparently isn’t, and does.

He says that “fair” criticism went out the window when Tiger started accepting seven figure checks. HUH ? Since when does the amount of money someone makes make it alright to be unfair towards them.

The possibility that TW could have brained someone in the gallery is a SIDE ISSUE ?? Really ? Injury is secondary to Tiger having a problem controlling his temper ? If this had happened in the US, there would have been a lawyer on the phone before Tiger could hit his second shot.

Except for the “everybody” in this statement, I agree with this part of his post…“The problem is, the way that everyone perceives Tiger allows this stuff to perpetuate. It’s high time that we stop taking Tiger Woods as an all-or-nothing package.”

The bigger problem is that the Tour is afraid of making him mad and won’t punish him the way something like this needs to be punished. And remember, this is the second time a club has been flung in the last few months.

If keeping Tiger happy is job one on the professional tours, maybe a nice law suit from an injured fan in Tiger and the PGA Tour’s direction will change their mind. If he doesn’t get control of these outbursts, there will be one sooner rather than later.

When?

When…when will people quit making excuses for TW just because he is the greatest (yes sorry I think he is, get over it Jack-lovers) of all-time?

He is still a human being and has flaws. This is one of them. It and he are not above criticism as a result. Let’s just wait until he brains a 10 year old kid and THEN it will be ok to be critical right? Whatever.

Fucking fanboys (sorry for swearing…wait, no I’m not) fucking fanboys (and girls)!
