Lots of Knife Aficionados at Golf Channel
Just a quick hit post here, but something struck me looking at golfchannel.com this afternoon. Rex Hoggard has a column in its second week called Cut Line. Rich Lerner has a longer running column called Hooks & Cuts. I know cut is a golf term, but are we a little too cut happy down there in Orlando? Is there something I should know about before I go there in March for Walt Disney World?

Knives and golf...
Go together like milk and honey, let’s face it.. :-)
Consider:
- Hacking at the ball…
- Slicing the ball…
- Using a new set of blades….
Umm
Well, seeing as Lerner’s a huge boxing fan (and makes references to it all the time), I think “Hooks and Cuts” comes from the boxing term: “Jabs, hooks, and cuts.”

Now that's the kind of comment
That is enlightening. I catch Lerner from time to time, so I didn’t know how much of a boxing aficionado (keeping with the post) he is.
