How Should Vijay Play The Tour Championship?
I am a bit inspired by Bob Harig's ESPN column. In particular, think about this:
Singh can show up in Atlanta, play left-handed one day, blindfolded the next, shoot 100 during each round -- but as long as he completes four rounds he will be crowned the FedEx champion, receive a cool $9 million in cash, with $1 million deferred, and pocket some Tour Championship tip money as well.
How easily can Vijay Singh win the $10 million playoff bonus? Even if he didn't break 100 any of the four days at the Tour Championship, as long as he plays all 72 holes and doesn't get disqualified, the money is his.
So, if you had a guaranteed $10 million, simply by not breaking the rules of golf and staying alive...how would you play? Personally, I'd tee off with a putter and putt with a driver. Or maybe do the Three Club Challenge.
Let's hear your wacky and fun ways for Vijay to claim his $10 million.

going to have to give this one some thought
…pink ladies flex graphite shafts and a nice pair of plus fours might be a good start…
speaking of driving with the putter and putting with the driver — played East Lake on media day a couple of years ago – one of the guys teed off at 16 with driver…I was in the woods on the right – the caddy went with me and Danny walked the fairway with his driver. He yelled for a club and the caddy said “hit the driver !” Danny said, “ok” and proceeded to hit driver off the deck to about 2’. When we got to the green, we made him putt with the driver and he lipped out the birdie putt and tapped in for par with the driver. Greatest par I’ve ever seen in person.
"this ball will fit in that fairway"
Tin Cup
I’d like to see him re-enact one of my favorite scenes from one of my favorite movies. I want to see him get to the 10th tee, break every club but his 7-iron, and use it to par the back.
