Wagglers' Poll: Time for Bivens to Go?
I'm not going to write too extensively on the subject because I'm saving my thoughts for a weekend column, but I want to hear from you all since I am reading calls for her removal from across the Internet.

In her tenure, she has had the following "-gates":
- ShopRite/Ginn sponsorship controversy - losing a great, fan-favorite event for the now-defunct Annika event
- Media and photo rights - deciding that the LPGA Tour owns rights to reproduce photos and stories done by independent media at LPGA Tour events
- English speaking - announcing an English communications policy to a segmented group of players, not consulting sponsors, then backing down
- Sponsor hemorrhage - Safeway, Fields, SemGroup, Ginn, Mitchell Company, Wendy's, ShopRite, maybe others to come
- Wiesy/Rule 88 - indirectly involved in what could be described as a breach of the rules of the game in the whole Nared/Wie/Rule 88 WD issue
- Electronic Scoreboard Requirements - tournaments had to pony-up for new scoreboards at their events
BUT, she has had some positives:
- Increasing Tournament Founding and Sanctioning Fees - this may be considered a gate by many, but was necessary in helping Bivens achieve goals of furthering money in the pockets of the players
- Duramed Futures Tour - bought up the Tour and is working to increase its visibility, relevance, and prize money
- Foreign Events - sponsorships from Mexico, Canada, China, and Korea have ballooned the Tour's purses for many events and is looking to take the Tour global
So, what say you? (Also feel free to add things I have missed on either side.)
