Pepper v Diaz - the claws are still out
Apparently the London media has a longer memory than our wunnerful US media.
Everybody remembers Dottie Pepper's "chokin' freakin' dogs" comment from the last Solheim Cup, but it ran its course over here and it passed...at least from prime time.
HOWEVER - the London tabloids haven't let it go - and they brought it up to Laura Diaz. Beth Ann Baldry has a pretty good article - no claws barred.
(face it - we guys already know what the wrath of a woman holding a grudge feels like - we just don't see it between women all that often) :-)

Laura Diaz … what a whiny little baby. Get over it, and get over yourself. And thank your lucky stars you’re not miked so that some regrettable thing you say in the heat of the moment isn’t captured for eternity.

That classic comment came when she thought they had gone to commercial and her mic was off. OOOPS
"this ball will fit in that fairway"
