Greg Norman and Chris Evert tied the knot Saturday night in the Bahamas, according to People magazine. Before we go further, let's get something straight: I don't look at the People magazine Web site. My mother told me about this. Ahem. Now ...The tennis and golf legends, both 53, exchanged vows in front of 140 family and friends, including Matt Lauer and singer-songwriter Corey Hart.
"They wanted a romantic wedding," says event planner Mary Fanizzi Krystoff, who decorated the outdoor ceremony and reception areas with cream and blush florals. "They wanted their friends and family to enjoy a wonderful weekend together."
Evert's youngest son Colton, 12, served as ring bearer, and sons Nicky, 14, and Alex, 16, walked her down the aisle. Also present were Norman's daughter Morgan, 23, and son Gregory Jr., 21, who served as best man.
I guess having Corey Hart there is OK ... as long as he didn't sing.
Congratulations to the happy couple. World domination ... commence!
