You may have heard that Tiger Woods' apple core wound up on eBay. That's the core from the apple he ate during the U.S. Open playoff against Rocco Mediate, then tossed into the trash. Some visionary entrepreneur fished that core out of the trash, and put it on eBay. Or at least, some visionary entrepreneur claimed the apple core he put on eBay was the one discarded by Tiger Woods during the U.S. Open playoff.
