Ochoa's Uncle Dies
Lorena Ochoa withdrew from the Ginn Tribute earlier this week and returned to Mexico to be with her family during an uncle's illness. Today, a note on Ochoa's Web site announces that Ochoa's uncle has passed away:
Lorena travelled this morning back to Guadalajara. Unfortunatelly this morning her uncle Mr. Pedro Ochoa brother of her father, Mr. Javier Ochoa, died at the age of 73 due to an illness he had for a while.
Our condolences to the Ochoa family.
The note also states that Ochoa will return to the LPGA Tour next week, which will be at the McDonald's LPGA Championship.

look out McDonalds LPGA field
I get the feeling that Lorena will be dedicating this tournament to her uncle – she could run roughshod over the field.
Hope all is well with her and the family.
