Rex Hoggard to GolfChannel.com

PrintWaggle Room received a tip from reader Steve that Rex Hoggard is officially part of the GolfChannel.com team now. The Golf Watch reports the curious nature of the timing considering that Hoggard was named Golfweek's digital media editor in late August.
This is Golf Channel's second major steal from Golfweek this year. They were able to pull Jay Coffin over to TGC as well - a man who held the same position as Hoggard did before he made the switch.
To both organizations, I am still available. Also, to Rex, I had no idea that you were 41. You must have Sean Connery genes.

it's an improvement
after hiring talking manequins last year, it’s nice to get a couple of guys who know which end of the club to hold and where the first tee is.
It’s still a mistake for xxx Golf Channel to have Tilghman in the booth – they really need to bring in Brian Katrek.
